For this edition of themed playlists, I have decided to put one together of artists to watch (formally known as the up and coming artist series). The playlist includes artists that I have previously mentioned since running the series as well as others that I am yet to write about.

Anne-Marie released her debut EP Karate in the summer of 2015, including tracks Karate, Gemini and Stole. Since she has released Do It Right and more recently, Boy. Her debut album is in the works through Rudimental's label, Major Toms.
I have be fortunate enough to see Anne-Marie perform live with Rudimental at last years V Festival in which she maintained the high amount of energy that previous Rudimental artists have bought such as Becky Hill, Ella Eyre and Sinead Harnett. I definitely think that Anne-Marie is going to be one to watch in the next few months and years to see how see attacks the music world through her own music.
On a final note, I want to mention All That Love - my favourite track from We The Generation that Anne-Marie featured in. To read more about that, click here.

The video below is a performance of Nobody Love for Vevo Dscvr.
I'll admit that I was surprised to like her music because her voice is very good in that, I think, it sounds so good that it's not individual. Now to you that might not make a lot of sense but generally I like artists that have a kink in their voice may that makes them stand out even more to me - that's why I really love Ella Eyre's voice and are not so keen on Ariana Grande's.
However, there was something about Tori Kelly that made me abandon that tradition that I stand by and invest my time looking into her music and I highly recommend that you do the same!
Tori's album is currently up for pre-order in the US and Australia.

Against The Current are a band that I have been following for a while now and I genuinely love their music an awful lot! I don't know if I would class them as an Up And Coming Artist but I do think that they deserve a lot more recognition for their work.
I came across their covers on YouTube when they collaborated with another artist on YouTube called Alex Goot. The cover was of a track called Find You, originally performed by Zedd, Miriam Bryant and Matthew Koma who are all artist that I love an awful lot. I really liked the cover and what Alex and Against The Current had done to it, therefore prompting me to look them up. The cover is below; Find You Cover - Alex Goot. Against The Current
I then listened to some of their original music as well as their own covers. Against The Current also have an EP called Infinity which I particularly love! I find the EP so easy to listen to, whether that be writing this post, doing homework or walking about.
What I love about this band for starters is Chrissy's voice - main vocalist. I really like the sound of her voice as I find it so different to anything that I have heard before or that I listen to. Another thing I love about the band is how the try and combine pop and rock. For example, they recently covered Uptown Funk with Set It Off, putting a rock spin on what has been a very popular pop song. You can listen to it below; Uptown Funk - Against The Current & Set It Off
I really like what Against The Current did with this song especially as I wasn't overly keen on the original and I've had this on repeat!
My favourite original song by Against The Current is called Another You (Another Way). I really like the lyrics to the track and I think that many people will find it relatable. I also really like the melody and find it incredibly easy to listen to in any situation. You can listen to the track below; Another You (Another Way) - Against The Current

In this instalment of up and coming artists, I am going to talking about Becky Hill. You may recognise her from many things including the number one song with Oliver Heldens called Gecko, touring with Rudimental and appearing on The Voice a few years ago. She is now in the process of releasing her own music which I particularly like; Caution To The Wind and Losing.
I was fortunate enough to see Becky at V Festival during the summer and she was incredible! Not only is her vocal ability brilliant live but her personality comes across brilliantly on stage; she has the whole audience laughing along with her at her jokes.
Becky has also been nominated for MTV's Brand New 2015. If you are interested in voting, all you have to do is on twitter post a tweet with '#MTVBrandNew Becky Hill'.
I am very excited to see what Becky has to offer in the future in regards to singles and an album because I adore her voice!
I am aware this wasn't a highly detailed account for an up and coming artist but I do highly recommend her!
As I haven't chosen an album to review this week, I thought that I would share with you one of my favourite up and coming artists. Callum Burrows or better known by his stage name as Saint Raymond is a singer/songwriter from Nottingham, UK. He has recently been supporting Ed Sheeran as part of his European tour.
Over the past couple of weeks I have been listening to his music increasingly more and more. I have had his EPs on my iPod for months, I loved them and began the journey of increasingly enjoying his music. However recently, I began watching the videos that went along with the songs which normally starts off a bit of an obsession for an artists music. From doing this, I found a playlist with even more tracks from him including covers and music from and EP that I had not heard of until this point.
There was a particular track from the EP called Letting Go which I loved straight away. The opening I loved which instantly grabbed me. I love tracks that have a lot of layering with different sounds - which this introduction had. The song also reminded me not to hold onto things that aren't worth it but in a nice subtle way that allowed you to do so in your own time unlike other songs of this sort. The lines that stood out the most to me were:
This is the time,
You know that it's right
I'm letting go
Another track by Saint Raymond that I loved is called Ghosts from Ghosts EP. Likewise to Letting Go, this song has a large amount of layering with the sounds used. This song is one that I can't really explain why I love it so much - everything just seems right and sounds incredible. However, like so many other tracks, all I can say is listen to it for yourself and see whether you like it or not. Hopefully you do!
Finally I hope to see Saint Raymond live in the future.
All the links to the videos, social media and music by Saint Raymond will be shown below.
On another note, I am hoping to do more of these up and coming artist profiles for artists that I particularly like. However, I can't say how often those will occur.
